In addition to the tremendous benefit to our students, the MCA and Apple® Agreements provide UA faculty and staff with access to everyday at-work use product licenses for work purposes at NO COST, or for personal use ("Home Use") as a greatly reduced cost.
Backup Media is available to purchase through UA BookStores for a small additional cost.

ABOUT THE MICROSOFT® & APPLE® AGREEMENTS.
The Microsoft® Campus Agreement (MCA) and it’s Apple® Agreement counterpart are the product of strategic negotiations between the UA Office of the CIO and these prominent software vendors. These agreements provide incredible cost-savings benefits to the UA student population as well as UA staff and departments with the procurement of dramatically discounted software licenses for products that we use every day. The MCA provides a cost-effective solution for supplying working professionals and departments within the University of Arizona with daily use software at no cost or as a dramatically reduced cost.
The agreements are funded by the Office of the CIO and managed by the UA BookStores Licensing Office. Computers that are owned or leased by The University of Arizona are covered by the Campus License Agreements for the duration of the contract. The MCA and Apple® Agreement is effective June 30, 2013, respectively.
Microsoft Tutorials. University of Arizona faculty and staff are encouraged to take advantage of Microsoft E-Learning courses through the duration of the Microsoft Campus Agreement. E-Learning sessions provide access to self-paced, interactive training developed by Microsoft experts, and are designed to improve user proficiency, boost staff productivity, and lower organizational training costs.
