UA BookStores Lowest Price Guarantee
Now price-matching Amazon.com!
Last Fall we implemented our newly revised Lowest Price Guarantee. The new guarantee states that we will now match the price of ANY other textbook retailer—including Amazon.com! Customers can bring in a printed screenshot, show us on their mobile devices (look for our price-matching scan tags around the store), or you'll have up to seven days to bring back a print-out of a competitively-priced book.
What does this mean for you? It means that UA BookStores is now GUARANTEED to have EVERYTHING YOU NEED for class at the MOST CONVENIENT on-campus locations at the GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICE. Seriously. Why would you shop anywhere else?

How to Participate:
- Textbooks must be purchased from UA BookStores and be accompanied by an original receipt.
- Bring your book and receipt to the UA BookStores, SUMC location, OUTSIDE in the lower level rotunda. View store hours »
- For online price matching, bring verification of the lower price, such as a printout of a shopping cart, dated within 7 days of purchase.
- A live webpage on a mobile device is acceptable.
- All efforts will be made to verify the alternate selling price as quickly and efficiently as possible. A grace period of 48 hours may apply.

Terms and Conditions:
- Guarantee applies only to textbooks purchases in UA BookStores, SUMC, AHSC and UA South only.
- Limit one refund guarantee per customer per textbook with the same ISBN.
- Applies to required and recommended textbooks only.
- Applies to same ISBN, author, title, edition and condition only.
- International editions, instructor copies and digital versions are excluded.
- Rented textbooks are excluded.
- Class or lecture notes are excluded.
- Textbooks must be in-stock and immediately available for purchase and/or shipping from a local or online commercial retailer.
- Applicable sales tax and/or shipping costs will be included when calculating total cost.
- Guarantee does not include incidental sources of books, such as flea markets, garage sales, thrift stores, going-out-of-business sales, or any other aftermarket sources.
- Online sites must be located in the United States. Price matching offer excludes peer-to-peer marketplace and/or auction sites such as, but not limited to, Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Half.com, craigslist, etc. Online quotes must be from a business, not an individual.
- Offer does not apply to special promotional pricing from other sources, such as mail-in offers, rebates, free-with-purchase offers, membership or club pricing, limited quantity offers, bundled promotions, or special financing.
- Customer has seven (7) days from date of purchase on the receipt to apply for the guarantee.
- For UA Bookstores online textbook orders, customer has seven (7) days from date of pick-up or delivery.
- UA BookStores reserves the right to change the details of this offer at any time.
