NOTE: Abuse of this code could have very negative implications for The University of Arizona and could result in the revocation of our Microsoft usage privileges. Please do not share this code with anybody outside of The University of Arizona.
- Visit http://www.microsofthup.com and follow the prompts. You may download the product directly from the website or request backup media. NOTE: You will be charged an additional $12.00 fulfillment fee to cover packaging, shipping & handling costs of backup media. If you're purchasing the media, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Who is not eligible?
This agreement does not cover University of Arizona students who are not UA employees. However, through the Microsoft Campus Agreement, all UA students can download one copy of the current version of Microsoft Office (for a PC or Mac) and one copy of Microsoft Windows upgrade (for a PC or Mac) at no charge. Students are also eligible to download new product releases and upgrades when they become available.
Retired faculty and staff members and visiting adjunct faculty are ineligible.
