The Formalities

The Campus License Agreement is a centralized campus agreement which provides a cost-effective solution for supplying The University of Arizona with its required software. The agreements are funded by the Office of the CIO and managed by the UA BookStores Licensing Office, located on the lower level of UA BookStores, SUMC. Computers which are owned or leased by The University of Arizona are covered by the Campus License Agreements for the duration of the contract. The Microsoft Campus Agreement is an annual agreement effective through April 30, 2012. Apple License Agreement products are effective through July 1, 2012. It provides departments, faculty, and staff access to Microsoft's and Apple's popular computer software, including operating systems and desktop productivity tools. Certain restrictions apply discuss any questions with the helpful staff at the UA BookStores Technology Center.
