Apple License Products:

Staff and faculty of The University of Arizona are allowed to install the software on their personal machines.

Microsoft Office 365 Products:

As of Monday, April 10th, 2017: Any active member of the campus community (including students, faculty, staff, DCCs, and retirees) will have their NetID already synced into the O365 cloud. They do not need to opt in; they do not need to create a Microsoft password to go with their account.

NOTE: Accounts may be accessed by active students, faculty, staff, and DCCs, as well as retirees. Graduating students and others leaving the university should be sure to download their content before their last day.

Accessing UA Office 365

To log in to your UA Office 365 account, you will need:

  • NetID password created on or after March 6, 2017 (
  • NetID+ two-factor authentication (
  • Instructions to log in:

    • Go to
    • Enter your address and click Sign In.
    • At the UA-branded login screen, enter your NetID and password.
    • Use your NetID+ method to authenticate your login.
    • You will then be logged in to your Office 365 account.

    After logging in, see Install Office 2016 on the upper right of your screen to download all Office software, or choose Other Installs to download individual Office programs, Skype for Business, or mobile apps.

    Account holders are eligible to download software on up to 5 desktops/laptops, 5 tablets, and 5 smartphones. These can include both your work machines and devices and your personal, home machines and devices.
